Monthly group check-in sessions

For those who have participated in a 3 month group program this is a good way to stay connected!

Share your concerns with others who are experiencing the same feelings.

Group members offer encouragement, keep each other on track and provide inspiration by sharing successes and setbacks in a safe, confidential and supportive environment.

Tea and dessert/snack will be provided .

  • Greater awareness of what and how you are eating and it’s affect on you

Healthy New You – Eating for Health

This program (four -90 minute sessions) is for those who want to put their health goals into action, learn about health and nutrition from a holistic perspective and be part of a vital community of like-minded people! Recipes, cooking instruction, food samples and handouts provided to support your learning.

Classes include a minimum of 6-8 participants.
Cost for 4 part series is $180 per participant.

Weight Management

This is a six week focus group which meets for one hour per week. This program is designed to provide support and accountability for individuals who want to understand how to make dietary changes that support weight loss and weight management. In this program, participants will learn why diets don’t work and why eating low glycemic is so important. Other topics include stress management, detoxification, exercise, dietary and supplementation recommendations.  Sign Up.

Nutritional Cleansing Program
